Violin & Viola Tuition
Eleanor teaches pupils of all ages and standards. She firmly believes that it is NEVER too late to start learning a musical instrument!
If you are interested in learning the violin or viola, please get in touch. Eleanor will arrange to meet you at a convenient time to discuss lessons. Over an informal chat, Eleanor will find out your current standard of playing and what you hope to achieve from your lessons.
There will be no obligation to arrange lessons after you have met Eleanor. But if you do wish to begin violin or viola lessons, Eleanor will be very happy to advise you on what you will need:
Lessons usually last 30 minutes for beginners, and one hour for intermediate to advanced pupils. However, if you have any special requirements (e.g. shorter lessons for young children, or a one-off masterclass) Eleanor is happy to discuss this.

Half an hour - £15
One hour - £30
Please note: Eleanor mainly teaches from her home in Colchester. She is prepared to travel within a reasonable distance, but an additional charge for travel may be applied (40 pence per mile).
